About Placing Orders

Custom Orders vs. the Buy it Now Boutique

When you place a custom order, you are sending a request for an order that must be confirmed before moving to the next step. When you use our site to make your selections, Pineapple Kid receives an email listing all of your items and preferences.  In either case, once you submit a request, we will confirm all the details of your custom creations with you, and provide an estimated time frame for delivery before any payment is required.  Due to the unique quality of many of our materials, some specific combinations may not be available, might require additional time to complete, and sometimes brand new options may be available.  Once the order details and timeline are confirmed, you will receive an email with your order information, total amount to pay and a direct link to Pay Pal for processing of your payment.

The Buy It Now Boutique has a familiar online shopping process, where the item you select can be purchased on the spot, and since most are truly one-of-a-kind, the item you receive will be exactly what is pictured and/or described. Pay Pal Shopping Cart links are directly on the page, and the purchase and delivery process starts automatically once you click through to purchase items in your Pay Pal cart.

e only accept payment by PayPal. Paypal is a popular way to transfer funds by credit card or bank account. All transfers of funds are done through Paypal’s secure servers. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated, after we receive payment verification from Paypal. Payment verification by Paypal should be received by us within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise your order may be cancelled.

 

Delivery Methods
Our standard shipping is usually via USPS, which generally takes 3-5 days on the average depending on location.  We also ship via UPS Ground or FedEx at our discretion for larger packages.  We are located on the west coast; deliveries on the east coast will take longer. 

Orders from the BUY IT NOW Boutique usually ship out within 24 hours from the time we received the order. 

Custom and embroidery items may take 10-14 business days to ship.

Make sure you have included your email address.  You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been shipped.

The above shipping rates are based on average sized orders. Occasionally we may contact you if the shipping needs to be adjusted up or down. (If an adjustment is needed you will be notified before your order is processed.)

All of our products come with our 100% guarantee. If for any reason a product is not to your satisfaction for what ever reason, just send it back within 10 days, in the same condition that we shipped it. Must be intact, un-washed for a full refund. We cannot refund shipping charges.

- Only the finest quality fabrics and materials are used.
- Overalls may or may not be previously worn prior to customizing. All are thoroughly inspected, washed, and only items in perfect condition are used.


Repair Policy*
Repairs are free up to 45 days from purchase for construction/manufacturer defects only. This agreement depends upon extent and cause of damage. Please contact us via email prior to sending item back. Include a detailed description of defect and your invoice#. We will then contact you with instructions so we may correct the problem as quickly as possible.
